After participating in the Livelihood Support Program , Ainara was able to look at her business from a new perspective and identify mistakes that had previously hindered its development.
The family is now planning to expand their poultry business. In addition to
raising turkeys, they have decided to start producing broiler chickens.
During the training, Ainara realized how important it is to plan income and
expenses, assess risks, and develop a chosen business direction consistently.
Previously, the family had tried several different activities but stopped some
of them before reaching their goals. Now they understand the reasons behind
those decisions and recognize the importance of having a clear plan and keeping
track of business finances.
Today, Ainara has a clear goal — to turn her seasonal activity into a stable and profitable small business.
